Thunder of Zion raced well 2 of three times he faced Private Bounty. Cragmont just won his maiden. Hurricane Harbor was broke his maiden early on dirt and had a variety of surfaces after that but raced in allowance. I went with 1 6 and 9 in that race. I had to have Excessario in there because he held within two lengths of Deluxe Bus, a six time winner this year. Nice tri.

Wish I had the 8 for third. I should have listened to my dad on that one.

Danceswiththewind is going a little longer. Had a good late fraction. Spawr’s horse is coming off a long rest but he’s been working out like crazy. And the 8 looks good

Jarrod, I went against Top Torero because I figured him to be a bad favorite. That’s something I learned from you a while back. It seems a horse that fades even a little bit is set up to get beat. Even that 7, Delmar Johnny got whipped.

Thanks for the comments, Del. Sorry I did not get a chance to respond. I was swamped last week with work on Derby Wars and Horse Racing Nation.
