The recent Cushion Track profile changed on Saturday with four wire-to-wire winners.
Four wins for hot jockey for Rafael Bejarano. Joel Rosario and Jack Carava teamed up for two wins. Bob Baffert saddled two winners and Bejarano rode both.
On the ticket front I tabbed five Primary (Chiloquin, Sinai, Streakin’ Mohican, Comma to the Top, Irridescent Red) winners. I had four cracks at the 7th race but my contenders ended up 2-3-4-5 behind Forty Dates. That makes three straight conso’s…Maybe I can get over the hump on closing day!
