Wednesday (6-23-10) Hollywood Park Recap

Cushion Track played fair. Early runners nabbed both turf races.

Hat trick for Joel Rosario. Joe Talamo booted home a pair.

I covered the Wednesday carryover right here on the blog. I got one Primary and a pair of Secondary winners. I missed the 5th by a head and the 6th by less than a length. I was off the mark in the 7th.

Thursday (6-24-10) Hollywood Park Recap

A pair of 8.5f wire jobs on Cushion Track. A last to first route (8.5f) and a stalk and pounce sprint made up the two turf winners.

Two more wins for Joel Rosario.

Thursday’s 3rd race was my Horse Racing Nation Play of the Day, and I nailed the $6.20 winner (Talktoomuch) and the cold Exacta with overbet favorite Rule The Storm.

Friday Night Preview (6-25-10) Hollywood Park

Friday night’s 8-race card includes a pair of turf races. First post is 7:05PM PT and partly cloudy skies are expected with a high temperature of 68.

Big Wags (3rd race) is the one to beat in the opening leg of the pick six. Other horses to watch in the sequence include Sidepocket Lou (4th race), Oliver (6th race), and Hidden Blessing (7th race).
