Hollywood Recap – Nov 22nd

Outside Shot ($14.20) went all the way under Talamo to begin the Sunday action. Bill Spawr was the winning conditioner.

Cardiff Giant ($4.80) was a prominent throughout winner of the 2nd under Santiago Reyes. Jorge Periban saddled the winner.

Another 8.5f wire job as Brady Blue Eyes ($24.60) lasted under Joe Talamo.  Mark Glatt saddled the son of Sky Mesa.

Upset to begin the pick six, and I was not on wire job winner Malusita ($17). That’s three wire-to-wire tallies at 8.5f. Quinonez booted home the Sal Gonzalez trainee.

Turf sprint in the 5th, and another unpredictable outcome as Sky Victor ($17.40) rallied for the win under hat trick Talamo.  Brian Koriner was the winning trainer.

Stand Tall (Valdez/Canani) scored as my top in the 6th, and he paid a generous $11.80.

Recent Drysdale graduate Michael’s Rose ($11.80) tallied in the grassy 7th under Joel Rosario. My top Bombina was pulling wide and was flat in the stretch.

Talamo express kept on rolling with my top pick Bickersons ($9) in the $100k Moccasin. Kelly Breen saddled the daughter of Silver Deputy.

Fitting end to the card as Joe Talamo got A Jealous Woman ($5.20) along in time for Bill Spawr. The winner was the only one covered in the pick six, so no carryover for Wednesday.

Got 3 of 6 home with a 2nd and a 3rd on the Budget Ticket.
