Saturday Del Mar Recap – August 4 (6 out of 6)
Polytrack played fair. A patient type nabbed the turf sprint opener, and a presser and a stalker made up the two turf route winners (rail at 14 feet).
Hat trick for Rafael Bejarano. Apprentice jockey Eswan Flores booted home a pair. Bob Baffert saddled two winners on the afternoon and Bejarano rode both.
On the ticket front I tabbed five Primary (Rolling Fog, Classic Legacy, Capo Bastone, Include Me Out, Big Son of a Gun) winners and one Secondary (Addendum) winner. The chalky sequence paid $318.80.
